Cobalt boats are built to meet and exceed all applicable standards for manufacturing and safety of marine organizations at the time of manufacture. These include American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC); National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), both of which work closely with USCG.
As can be seen from the pictures, this versatile go-fast is in very good overall condition and still up to the above standards.
The gel-coat is completely intact, just very minor scratches.
The hull is Kevlar reinforced, dry and very solid.
This representative noticed only one other flaw and that was in the stitching of the walk-thru removable transom cushion.
Both the Bow Cover and Cockpit Cover, covering the entire vessel, are in very good shape.
All this go-fast really needs is an owner who can enjoy her....and who likes to go fast. She's ready for a trial.
